After 10 years of working internationally in numerous countries as a choreographer, dancer, and creator, Cece Tor founded World Tor Productions with the goal of providing her talent services to the entertainment industries. World Tor has tremendously grown since then and aims to produce quality, unique content films and artistry to our clients.
